I was celibate for a year and had similar experiences--
The point is to discover self as expression without desires or pictures--then the experience become something unexpected
The body though will indicate when expression is here-- it is fascinating
will do some videos on this--the discovery of selfexpression physically
cool though to experience celibacy and proof to self to not be addicted
masturbation--based on the mind--thus a created idea-with pictures and desires--cause a problem--so--once the current habit or addiction has been stopped--the actual expression as the movement of self--not energy--self is able to be discovered through a discovery of self--only recommended though when silence is constand
